The London West Hollywood at Beverly Hills

Excellent service from friendly staff. Large room with comfortable bed, luxurious linens and nice sitting area. Large, well-appointed bathroom with great walk-in shower. Good location, we walked to bars and restaurants in the evenings. Generous breakfast served in bright dining room.

We liked the nice shuttle car that was able to drop us at locations close to the hotel, and we would have used it on the Sunday while we were there, but it was not available. The driver was so nice.

The property is wonderful. Location is superb. Rooms are super spacious!! Staff is friendly and always helpful. Hop on Hop off bus stop is just across the street. Breakfast is wonderful!! Its a superb choice!!

We will definitely come back. - Great location: peaceful area with a view and easy access to Beverly hills and Hollywood, many restaurants, City sightseeing bus stop. - Room : A perfect size with a nice design and structure (big closet, wonderful bath room with bathtub and shower, sofa&table), lovely garden and swimming pool. - Staffs & Service: very kind and professional staffs, especial grateful to Valet and Electrician. - Dining : fresh complementary breakfast, delicious foods.

I recently stayed at The London in West Hollywood and had a generally pleasant experience. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional customer care I received from the hostess, Deborah. She was incredibly warm and welcoming, which made a great first impression. Additionally, the housekeeper, Ines, did a fantastic job ensuring my room was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. However, I did find the front desk staff a bit too quick with everything. While I appreciate efficiency, their overly fast-paced approach made me feel like just another guest, rather than a valued individual. It would have been nice if they took a little more time to engage and make me feel more special. Overall, a good stay with a few small areas for improvement, but the service from Deborah and Ines definitely stood out.
